(iii) Third: In the secondary case, point 3, to reject it in the form(iv) The court ordered the first defendant in the counterclaim to pay the expenses, along with an amount of KD 10 for legal fees
Concluding Judgment of the Court of Appeal	The court has accepted the 2 appeals in form and rejected them in substance, upholding the appealed judgement.
